Colombian singer Shakira Performed at 2010 Univision Premios Juventud on Thursday night, July 15. She just returned from the World Cup 2010 in South Africa and found herself on US soil for a very special concert. Shakira performed as part of the Premios Juventud Awards at the BankUnited Center of the University of Miami. She made an explosive opening performance of “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)” and “Gitana.”

The show was obviously broadcasted by Univision. Univision is the largest Spanish-language television network in the United States. Enrique Iglesias, Juan Luis Guerra, Selena Gomez, Pitbull, and Wisin y Yandel all took turns wowing the crowd during the course of the evening. Also, Shakira took home last night the award for “Best Video” thanks to “She Wolf”.
